Generators are meant to spread their sparkly magic everywhere. Just don’t get any in the carpet.

Anyone with their sacral center defined is a generator. There are two subtypes: pure generators and manifesting generators. These subtypes both have the same strategy, signature, and Not-Self Theme, and as a whole are 70% of the population.
In this post, we’re talking about pure generators – which are usually simply referred to as “generators.”
WHAT IS A GENERATOR?
We’re like little self-powered lightbulbs
Generators are the great workers of the world. We are here to do work. The reason is we are the only type with defined sacrals, which means we are the only ones with consistent access to life force energy.
Now before you say, Ew, I’m here to work? What is this crap? That’s not fair…let me explain:
We are not here to do just ANY work. We are here to do work we LOVE.
“Follow your passion” can apply to anyone, but it’s particularly true for us.
We elevate the world, and others, by putting our energy into the things that light us up. Without us the world does not go round.
We are the only energy type that produces life force energy. That means that we literally create the energy that everyone lives in. It’s why our job is to be sparkly and happy – otherwise, everyone is living in a depleted energy field… and everyone’s productivity suffers.
Basically, the universe wants us to be as sparkly + joyful as possible. It’s our biggest job.
Let me be clear: Generators are NOT here to do other peoples’ bidding.
In the past, yeah, we were kind of used by other people to do their work. If Manifestors were the pharaohs, generators were the people who built the temples. And that’s because no one else has the staying power and ability to work like we do, so they took advantage of it.
But nowadays?
Oh, the TABLES HAVE TURNED, MY COMRADES! Generators are here to do their own thing now.
Besides…we’re tired of doing crap for you. Build your temple, Kahepsetkaman.
WAIT TO RESPOND
If you can wait for the response in an environment like this, I mean, go for it.
Generators access the nearly ENDLESS energy of the sacral through something called the “sacral response.”
As generators, our aura is open and enveloping – meaning it naturally draws things (experiences, people, requests, key lime pies) towards us. We don’t have to do anything, it just happens.
Once something is in our aura, the sacral response goes like this:
The sacral recognizes it and immediately identifies whether or not we have the energy to deal with it (i.e., if it’s right for us).
If we have the energy for the thing, meaning it’s right for us, we will feel an uh HUH (Yes!) in our body. If it is NOT right for us, we will feel an UN unh (NO!!) in our body.
Then you can make your best decisions based on that.
The sacral gives an immediate response, so if you’re decently tuned in, you’ll get snap guidance on which way to go.
It’s dope.
When we wait to respond, we experience our signature of satisfaction.
You know this feeling – like your energy went into all the right places. This can feel like many things but it’s mostly that you’re spent instead of feeling exhausted.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T WAIT TO RESPOND?
When Generators don’t wait for a response, they experience the not-self theme of frustration.
Almost everyone is raised with the belief that you must be a “self-starter” and go out and “make things happen” to be successful. But as a generator, if you try to do this, you’re just gonna get stuck, and then get so frustrated it’s not working that you abandon it altogether.
Basically, you’ll feel like you’re hitting a brick wall. Everything will seem hard and grind-y.
Why try to break through one of these when you can just put a lovely picture of it on your blog?
This comes from trying to enter into something because their mind tells them they should, rather than listening to what their sacral is telling them is a good idea. The way you enter something as a generator makes all the difference, here.
Your sacral knows what it’s talking about, but it can only tell you what to do when you wait to respond.
This is why the “waiting” is so important.
Here’s an example of a WRONG and RIGHT way to respond. Let’s say you’re a business owner (because a LOT of generator entrepreneurs struggle with the concept of response).
WRONG WAY: You want more clients, so you decide to post on Instagram frequently and regularly, because you’re told that social media is the way to go, that every business needs to be on social media, etc. – but you really don’t like doing it or it just doesn’t feel right to you.
The result?
You’re going to feel icky and stuck, AND you aren’t going to get the results you want, because your sacral didn’t give you the go ahead. You’re doing it because you think you should, not because your body told you this is right.
RIGHT WAY: Instead of doing what people say you must do to get more clients – be on social media – you decide to do what really lights you up, writing emails. You send emails more often… reach out to people and ask if they want to be on your list… ask your friends to share your emails with people who’d be interested.
As a result, you’ll probably get more clients, because you’re tapping into the wisdom of your sacral.
Also, you won’t feel like poo while you do it!
The key here is to trust, and try not to FORCE yourself to start something.
That just isn’t the way you’re programmed. 4 out of 5 types aren’t programmed that way!
You have to know that something will come along that lights you up – then follow that.
I DON’T HAVE “ENDLESS ENERGY.” I’M TIRED ALL THE TIME!
A generator’s energy is like the ocean: if you work WITH it, you’ll be successful. If you work against it, you’ll get exhausted and have a hard time getting where you want to go. So… don’t drown.
Here’s the thing: if we put our energy into things that light us up, we feel energized, super productive, and are able to go go go for HOURS.
If we put our energy into things that do not light us up, we will be drained and burned out.
That’s why there are TONS of generators who feel so tired all the time. They’re doing things that don’t align.
This can be anything:
People who make us feel bad or dreadful
Things we don’t like to do ( tasks, hobbies, activities)
A job that you hate, or just isn’t really aligned with you
Food or diet plans that don’t satisfy or light you up
Etc.
When your sacral is telling you UNH uh, it’s saying: this is not a good place to put your energy. Wait for a better option.
Generators make the mistake of believing that to help the world, you’ve got to sacrifice yourself. We’ve been trained to make decisions this way.
But for generators, that just isn’t true.
Both these things just drain us, and then no one wins.
HEAR ME – The best way for a generator to help others is by showing up as their most joyful, glowy self.
A generator who is in their Sparkly Place will seem magnetic or even magical. People are drawn to in-flow generator energy. Because when we do it, we actually make OTHER PEOPLE feel amazing as well!
This is how we start to draw incredible opportunities to ourselves, share what we are good at, and make a difference in the world.
TAKE AWAY FOR GENERATORS
Trust your gut, go with what feels good whenever possible, and draw boundaries with where you put your energy.
Then go put your sacral where it counts!!
