Your subconscious mind is like the invisible operating system running your life.
It holds all your deep-seated assumptions about who you are, what’s safe, what’s possible, and how life is "supposed" to work (most of which you didn’t consciously choose).
If those assumptions aren’t in line with what it is you consciously want, or say you want, your subconscious will continually hold you back from doing what’s necessary to make it a reality.
When it comes to living your design, it can make it even harder to (1) feel safe to follow it, and (2) even believe it’s possible.
If you decondition or live your Human Design solely at the conscious level, you’re already well on your way — and way ahead most people! — but it can feel slow, exhausting, or full of inner resistance if your subconscious still believes the old stories.
(Stories like: “I have to rush to be successful,” “I can’t trust my body,” or “It’s not safe to do things my own way.”)
