HUMAN DESIGN 101: The Crown Center

Check out the overview of all 9 energy centers here.

WHAT IS THE CROWN CENTER?

The crown center is where we process and/or create mental pressure — which comes most often in the form of inspiration, questions, and ideas (these “ideas” are different from the ajna center, which is really more like a “viewpoint” or a stance).

The crown center is at the very top of your chart. It’s the yellow (or if it’s undefined, white) triangle peeking out of your triangle-butt person’s head.

In the physical body, the crown center’s counterpart is the pineal gland.

THE DEFINED CROWN CENTER

If you have a defined crown center, you are here to create inspiration, inspire others with your energy, and create your own mental pressure to answer questions.

That last part is probably pretty natural to you, even if you don’t realize it. People with defined crown centers are almost always questioning.

Questioning what, you ask? EVERYTHING. YOU’RE QUESTIONING EVERYTHING. ALL THE TIME.

For you, the struggle happens when you’re constantly trying to turn these questions/answers/ideas into something super understandable or worthwhile to share. Just because you want or found an answer doesn’t mean you have to turn it into something concrete to help other people.

Remember, you radiate inspiration outward. Other people benefit from that alone!

THE UNDEFINED CROWN CENTER

If you have an undefined crown center, you receive + amplify mental pressure and inspiration from others.

You pick up QUESTIONS from others. You’re not really here to to get caught up in finding answers. Especially since most questions don’t even belong to you! If you’re constantly running circles in your mind trying to find an answer, ask yourself whether or not it’s really yours or if you really need that answer.

You also get your inspiration from the outside world. Think podcasts, shows, museums, instagram, whatever! It’s really natural for people with undefined crown centers to gravitate towards these things, and it’s also really okay if you pull a lot of your ideas from them.

However… sometime’s it’s not the thing we like, it’s just the other person’s excitement!

The solution is to (1) get out of that person’s aura and (2) listen to your BODY, not HEAD, about whether or not this is a worthwhile thing for you to do/follow/put energy into.
